  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
     

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer shipping throughout the United States via USPS and other reliable carriers.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Northern Lights Tea Company are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your order’s progress.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at northernlightstea@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date) so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
