Refund Policy

At Northern Lights Tea Company, we strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at northernlightstea@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at northernlightstea@gmail.com.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, including teas and other food items, unless there is a defect or damage upon receipt.
