General Terms and Conditions

We accept PayPalpayments as well as the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa and American Express.

Customers will be invoiced on the day the order is shipped. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday through Friday).  

All tea prices shown as per the cost of 1 ounce, our minimum purchase quantity.

If you enter in the wrong address for your order, and we ship to the wrong address, The Northern Lights Tea Company will not be liable for any expenses related to this. This means you will be charged for the merchandise we shipped as well as for the freight expenses. 

To prevent this from happening, please double check your order to make sure that all the information entered is accurate.
